Welcome to my personal research page! I’m a post-doctoral fellow at KSU Crop Production Team. My research interests include many topics related to crop production systems such as ecophysiology, soil fertility and plant nutrition, water-soil-plant relation, nutrient dynamics, crop modeling, and precision agriculture. I spent the first 7 years of my professional career as a crop extensionist in the Brazilian agricultural frontier before entering into graduate school. After finishing my Ph.D., I taught rice, soybeans, and cotton production classes at the University of Sao Paulo and joined the John Deere Agronomy Innovation Team. In the free time, I am a rock collector, a hiker, and a paragliding pilot.
